1) Based on my experience, the CRM system will record all incidents and complaints from the customers. This can provide a valuable information to Quality department to improve their inspection process and also to R&D department to improve the products before their launch in the markets. CRM will for sure support the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management). This can even led to a removal of a product when there are too many incidents.
